FEEMSTER
PORTABLE BUILDINGS,
guarantees their
buildings as follows:
The
Structural frame‑work
of the building
is guaranteed for five (5) years, against defective materials and
workmanship.
The Roofing
material:
guaranteed for
20 years by roofing manufacturer, (Aluminum Roofing). Roofs are
guaranteed against leaks for two (2) years.
Pressure
Treated ‑ Foundation Beams
are guaranteed
against rotting and termite damage for twenty years.
Electrical,
plumbing and mechanical equipment
is guaranteed
against defective materials and workmanship for
one year.
This warranty
does not apply to any product subjected to damage by accident, misuse, abuse,
Acts of God or
consequential damages.
Any modification
to buildings not performed by Feemster
Portable Buildings will void warranty.
Because,
Feemster Portable Buildings may be transported anywhere in the United States,
this warranty only
covers the original purchaser at the original delivery location and is
non‑transferable.
Normal
Maintenance,
replacing light bulbs, oiling door hinges, etc., is the
responsibility of the purchaser.
